Two months into the Donald Trump administration, it's clear Melania Trump doesn't much care about being first lady of the United States. A model-turned-jewelry-designer and mother of a 10-year-old boy, Melania Trump hasn't altered her lifestyle in any discernible way. Like her husband, Melania Trump tends to do what she wants, which makes her prone to contradicting herself. Melania Trump either feels less pressure than her predecessor or is better at resisting it. But unlike Melania Trump, those ladies sucked it up and did what was expected of them.

But she has remained mostly out of the public eye since Trump entered the White House in January. Since the election, she has remained behind with their 10-year-old son Barron at Trump Tower while he finishes the school year. At her first major public address at the Republican National Convention in July she plagiarized large portions of a speech previously given by First Lady Michelle Obama. In February, she kicked off a Trump rally in Florida by reciting the Lord's prayer. "The 12 remarkable and inspirational women who have given so much for so many regardless of the unimaginable threat to their own personal safety.
